Cleanup EvasGL and elm_glview.eo

As we move to make Wayland our prime target, supporting the complex case of immediate rendering in EvasGL could be dropped in favor of using a wayland subsurface and having the compositor use hw layer to avoid compositing. This would cleanup EvasGL and make everything way easier to maintain. Maybe even enabling an Evas Vulkan view while the rest is still using OpenGL.

This will have to wait. Each binding will probably have to do some specific work to bind a GL API, be it Evas GL or pure GL.
