This was seen in e 0.21.8 but isn't a big enough issue to block the release (it could have been earlier)

Looks fine here (git) and there have been no changes related to window sizing in a very long time. I'd guess this is an efl bug related to text sizing.

I have efl 1.19 here which is pretty recent

As my investigation, this is not one of Edje text size calculation issue.
Did you check the issue without size calculation patch which was merged since 1.18?
