This document will be an introduction on how to get started and setup your environment to develop with EFL C# binding. Ideally it will be polished and finished by people that know how to write documentation, but the starting point need to be provided to them. It is also to be considered in which environment this apply. Does this binding work with Visual Studio ? Monodevelop ? This should answer this.

The preliminary page that existed in /pages/develop/legacy/tutorial/start.txt has been moved to /develop/setup/csharp/start.md, adapted to MarkDown and renamed to Setting Up a C# Development Environment, as the C counterpart. It has also been added to the navigation bar on the right.
It still needs:
- To be adapted to the tutorials style guide.
- To remove the example from the setup guide and move it to a regular example.
- To add comments regarding Visual Studio, Monodevelop and IDE access to the documentation file.
