BOINC Manager, annoyingly, raises itself above all other windows when it receives focus. I've set up window locks ( ALT-right-click => window => locks ), gone into the 'advanced' config, and selected 'Stacking' and 'Remember these Locks'. This has no effect. I've checked that E is remembering / matching the correct window, by closing BOINC Manager, re-opening, and going back into the lock setup config - my settings are remembered. But E doesn't prevent the app from raising its window.
