Performance issue when closing the menu

To rep:

Open the menu > to to one or two submenus > click on the desktop to dismiss.
You will notice -probably more noticeable with slow systems- that the pointer freezes for some milliseconds.

@ManMower @Hermet probably something for you guys to look into.

It looks to me like this isn't just menu close, I see it when the window drag pop-up disappears as well (the useless thing that overlays the window to show the top left corner co-ordinates)

Unsure if I'm abusing the "regression" tag on this one - it's certainly a performance regression, and it seems this is a bug that was fixed in a previous EFL release.

Is this still an issue?

i think this is related to my tasks T3441 and T3590 which both have to do with .desktop file parsing, caching and closing of a window or menu.
