efl-mono: Examples do not run anymore

In latest master, after ninja install, when I try to run any of the C# examples in the examples repo, I get:

This is Ubuntu 18.04 (Linux ubuntu 4.15.0-54-generic #58-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jun 24 10:55:24 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) with Mono C# compiler version 5.20.1.19.
