I don't know enough meson to say whether this is correct or not, but I can confirm this makes edi build with meson-0.61.1 and meson-0.60.3. So it fixes the issue and doesn't break with older meson. +ACK with thanks!

I'd rather not stress my system again.

Well I can now say it does happen on x86_64 arch too. I can't enable mono bindings in efl at all.

FYI this check has been marked as irrelevant in my distro (ignored), but the latest Freedesktop validation tool still flags it, so this'll most likely end up being reported by other parties.

As far as i read the gentoo issue, this is about runtime detection of neon availability, (or in general all arch-optimization). Or Am i missing something ?

Yes, works for me now. Thank you!

Indeed, if I select a font manually and put it as "small" it makes it a 2-liner. But the font becomes unreadably small then. Any idea/reason the "normal" works differently between themes?

Here's how it looks in my use.
When using flat in efm it cuts filenames too early. With (current) default theme it makes longer filenames 2-liners, and then cuts them. This'd be much more preferable at least to me.

It does, indeed, seem to be working with efl-git.
Tried with terminology-1.3.2 and efl-1.20.7. No issues.

Still the case with latest terminology-1.3.0. I will try with efl-1.20.7 tomorrow and report back.

I've disabled --enable-eglfs in Gentoo builds now. Thanks for the info about eglfs, and thanks for fixing vnc in 1.21.1 :)
Tried with 1.21.1, still doesn't compile. Getting new errors though,
In file included from modules/evas/engines/eglfs/evas_outbuf.c:1: modules/evas/engines/eglfs/evas_engine.h:18:11: fatal error: hwcomposer.h: No such file or directory # include <hwcomposer.h> ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~ compilation terminated. make[4]: *** [Makefile:41177: modules/evas/engines/eglfs/modules_evas_engines_eglfs_module_la-evas_outbuf.lo] Error 1 make[4]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... Am I missing some sort of a dependency outside efl?
Works in efl-1.21.1 again. I'm sure I saw a bug report about this already, something is fixed.

A status update from me:
I haven't been able to reproduce this after rebooting my machine. Last time after mesa updated, I just relaunched X session and it was wonky with all mesa versions.

Yep, at least I cant reproduce the focus issue anymore after that latest commit. That seems to have fixed it! Maybe wait for more feedback since many people had that problem, but for now, thanks!
Im running the latest -git version in Gentoo. I too encountered a problem with terminology where if I focus terminology -> urxvt -> terminology with my mouse, I cant write anything into terminology again, unless I press right mouse button twice in it. However this only happened when I focused between two terminal emulator windows with my mouse (I was tryhing to copy my color scheme from urxvt). Running xorg with proprietary nvidia drivers.
